2. Stage Two: Dynamic Material Ring Control

2.1 Three-zone photoelectric detection (high-speed zone/slow-speed zone/stop zone) monitors the material ring height in real time.

2.2 The material rack speed is automatically adjusted through a PID algorithm to keep the material ring stable within the set range.

2.3 This prevents the material from breaking or piling up due to uneven tension.

3. Stage Three: Precision Leveling

3.1 The material enters the multi-roller leveling zone.

3.2 The upper roller group precisely presses down through the worm gear (each rotation corresponds to a 0.05mm reduction).

3.3 This eliminates residual stress in the coiled material and outputs flat material.

4. Stage Four: Servo Synchronous Feeding

4.1  The servo motor receives signals from the punch press cam.

4.2 The feeding action is precisely completed before the stamping stroke.

4.3 The photoelectric encoder provides real-time feedback of position signals, forming a closed-loop control.
