Introduction to lower cylinder frame hydraulic press

Jianlong Hydraulic Technology produces hydraulic presses of different functions, models and styles, all of which are customized to meet the actual production needs of customers. Today, we will briefly introduce this "lower cylinder frame hydraulic press". The lower cylinder frame hydraulic press is a common hydraulic press structure. Its core feature is that the main working cylinder is installed at the bottom of the equipment, and the upper crossbeam is fixed to the frame structure to form a stable rigid support. This design is suitable for stamping, forging, die pressing and other application scenarios that require large tonnage, high precision or special process requirements.

1. Structure and working principle

1.1 Main components

1.1.1 Upper crossbeam (fixed beam): rigidly connected to the column or frame to provide support.

1.1.2 Movable crossbeam (slider): driven by the lower cylinder to complete the pressing action.

1.1.3 Lower main cylinder: installed on the base or lower crossbeam, pushing the slider upward.

1.1.4 Frame/column: C-type or four-column structure to ensure the rigidity and anti-eccentric load capacity of the equipment.

1.1.5 Hydraulic system: Provide power, control pressure, speed and stroke.

1.1.6 Electronic control system: PLC or CNC control to achieve automated production.

1.2 Workflow

1.2.1 Loading: The workpiece is placed on the workbench (or mold).

1.2.2 Pressurization: The lower cylinder pushes the slider upward to apply pressure.

1.2.3 Pressure holding (optional): Maintain pressure for a certain period of time to ensure molding quality.

1.2.4 Return stroke: The cylinder unloads pressure and the slider descends and resets.

2. Technical features and advantages

2.1 High rigidity: The frame structure is more stable than the traditional four-column structure and is suitable for large tonnage (above 1000T) applications.

2.2 Strong anti-eccentric load capacity: Suitable for asymmetric workpieces or deep drawing processes.

2.3 Precise stroke control: The servo hydraulic system can achieve a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm.

2.4 Energy-saving and high-efficiency: Compared with the upper cylinder type, the lower cylinder structure is more compact, reducing the amount of hydraulic oil and energy consumption.

2.5 Convenient maintenance: The main cylinder is located at the bottom, which is convenient for inspection and replacement of seals.

3.2 Composite material pressing: carbon fiber, fiberglass molding.
