1. Quality Warranty Period

1.1 A 12-month quality warranty applies to all equipment, commencing on the date that installation and commissioning are completed and the equipment passes the Client's acceptance inspection.

1.2 During the warranty period, we will provide free repairs or replace damaged parts for any malfunctions caused by defects in design, manufacturing, or assembly.

1.3 Beyond the warranty period, we continue to provide long-term technical support, repair services, and spare parts supply, subject to the fee schedule agreed upon by both parties.

2. Installation and Commissioning Services

Upon the equipment's arrival at the client's site, we oversee the installation, commissioning, and trial operation. These services include:

2.1 Equipment leveling and precision testing;

2.2 Inspection of mechanical and electrical systems;

2.3 Commissioning of the lubrication system;

2.4 Testing of safety protection devices;

2.5 Configuration of operating parameters;

2.6 Trial production verification.

Upon completion of commissioning, both parties will conduct a joint acceptance inspection and sign the "Equipment Installation and Commissioning Acceptance Report."

3. Operational Training Services

We provide on-site training for the client's operators and maintenance personnel, covering:

3.1 Equipment structure and working principles;

3.2 Correct operating procedures and safety protocols;

3.3 Daily maintenance and servicing requirements;

3.4 Diagnosis and resolution of common faults;

3.5 Guidelines for mold installation, adjustment, and usage.

Our goal is to ensure that client personnel can operate the equipment independently, safely, and in accordance with standard procedures.

4. After-Sales Response Services

4.1 We maintain a dedicated after-sales service hotline to provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support. 4.2 Upon receipt of a notification regarding equipment failure:

· Telephone or remote technical response time: within 2 hours;

· Provision of failure analysis and solutions: within 24 hours;

· If on-site service is required: arrangement for technical personnel to arrive at the site within 48–72 hours (subject to transportation conditions).

4.3 Major equipment failures affecting production are prioritized for resolution.

5. Maintenance Services

5.1 During the warranty period, Party B shall bear the costs for repairs resulting from equipment quality issues, including:

· Technical personnel service fees;

· Costs for replacement parts;

· Repair and commissioning fees.

5.2 The following situations are excluded from free warranty coverage:

· Damage caused by failure to operate the equipment according to established procedures;

· Unauthorized modification of the equipment;

· Equipment failure caused by the use of non-original parts;

· Damage caused by natural disasters, power grid anomalies, or human-induced accidents;

· Normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

Paid repair services are available for issues not caused by quality defects.

6. Supply of Spare Parts

6.1 We provide long-term spare parts supply services.

6.2 Common spare parts include:

· Seals;

· Bearings;

· Clutch and brake components;

· Electrical components;

· Lubrication system components;

· Pneumatic components, etc.

6.3 We guarantee a stable supply chain for spare parts to ensure the long-term operation of customer equipment.
