1. Mechanical Structure Features
1.1 High Rigidity Machine Body
• Three-beam four-column type: Composed of an upper crossbeam, worktable, slider, and four columns. Simple structure, economical and practical, with a spacious working space; suitable for stretching parts, pots, sinks, symmetrical parts, etc.
• Frame type: All-steel plate welding + aging treatment, high rigidity, good resistance to eccentric loads, and high guiding accuracy of the four corner eight-sided guide rails; suitable for large irregular parts, automotive body panels, high precision requirements, etc.

1.3 Extended Guide Structure
• Strong Anti-eccentric Load Capacity: The extended guide design and double-nut locking nut structure prevent loosening and ensure smooth slider movement.
• High Parallelism: The four-column, three-plate structure ensures the parallelism between the lower and upper working surfaces reaches less than 0.1mm.
2. Features of the Blanket Pressing System
2.1 Hydraulic Cushion/Ejection Cylinder Configuration
• Independent Blanket Pressing Force Adjustment: Both tension and blanket pressing forces can be independently (proportionally) adjusted to adapt to different materials and drawing depths.
• Synchronous Hydraulic Cushion Action: Provides adjustable ejection force (typically 20%-40% of the main cylinder pressure) to prevent wrinkling of the sheet material during drawing.
2.2 Double-Action Structure (For Deep Drawing)
• Internal and External Double-Action Beams: For deep-drawn parts, the double-action hydraulic press allows for independent control of the blanket pressing force and tension force, resulting in better blanket pressing performance.
• Four-corner pressure adjustment: The pressure at each of the four corners of the pressure block can be independently adjusted, facilitating the stretching of asymmetrical parts.
3. Control System Features
3.1 Intelligent Control
• PLC Control: Employs a programmable logic controller (PLC) that supports preset and adjustable parameters such as pressure, stroke, and speed.
• Touchscreen Operation: User-friendly interface for convenient parameter adjustment and status monitoring.
• Automatic Counting Function: Features an automatic counting function for easy production management.
3.2 Multi-stage Pressing Mode
• Four-stage Pressing: Fast/slow/increased/holding time are all adjustable to adapt to complex process requirements.
• Electronic Scale/Encoder Control: Stroke is digitally input using an electronic displacement encoder, ensuring convenient operation and high precision.
